About the designer

Justine Clenquet launched her eponymous brand in 2010 at the age of eighteen while studying at L’École Duperré, a well-known art school in Paris. Propelled by a void in the market for things her and her friends wanted, Justine found early success by proposing contemporary, unisex and affordable jewelry.

First championed by the iconic American concept-store Opening Ceremony in the early 2010s, the brand is now sold in over 80 points of sales worldwide, as well as direct to consumers on justineclenquet.com. The brand has been worn by artists and celebs like Bella Hadid, Charli XCX, Jorja Smith, Rosalía, Olivia Rodrigo, Dua Lipa, and Iris Law.

Justine Clenquet grew up in Northern France, not far from Lille, where her company and atelier are now based. Justine is proud to design and produce her jewelry in France, ensuring handmade craftsmanship and excellent quality.

About the brand

A constant confrontation between masculinity and femininity, Justine Clenquet’s designs subtly mix styles and reinterpret classic pieces. References from music, art, photography and cinema are commonly woven into the collections.

Taking cues from a variety of influences, ranging from 70s glam rock to punk subcultures, Justine Clenquet reinterprets and blends aesthetics with an eclectic allure. Her signature touch of glamour elevates familiar styles, such as the nostalgic choker of the 90s, to refined adorned earrings.
